For In-Stock Products:
We begin preparing your order only after receiving a confirmed purchase. On regular business days, please allow us up to 48 hours (2 working days) to dispatch your package. During peak seasons—such as Diwali, Christmas, and other major holidays—processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volumes.
For Pre-Orders / Backorders:
Products marked as “Pre-Order” are typically shipped within 7–10 days from the date of order confirmation, unless a different timeline is specified.
Tracking & Delivery:
Once a package is dispatched, we no longer have control over its transit. However, we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your shipment. In the event of delivery issues, customers are advised to contact the respective courier service using the tracking number as reference. That said, our team will also assist in escalating issues from our end if necessary.
If there’s a delay in delivery, we recommend reaching out to your local courier office for updates on the package status.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that you provide a working mobile number that is currently in use. In cases where there is confusion locating an address, India Post personnel may contact you directly for clarification.

If you reject a damaged or tampered package, we can raise a claim with the courier service and recover the cost on your behalf. -
