ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Flash Performance, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may wish to cancel your order. Please review the conditions below for cancellations initiated by customers and by Flash Performance.


IF A CUSTOMER REQUESTS ORDER CANCELLATION:

Customers may request a cancellation, but it is only possible before the item has been shipped.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order. However, please note that 5% of the total transaction amount is non-refundable. This is due to charges levied by our cart vendor and payment gateway provider, as we only receive 95% of each transaction. Therefore, the refund issued will be 95% of the total order value.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be recalled. In this case:

    • The customer must return the item in its original, unopened condition.

    • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund excluding:

      • The 5% non-refundable transaction fee

      • Forward shipping charges (as per actual courier cost incurred)

Please note: Return shipping to us is to be arranged and borne by the customer.


IF FLASH PERFORMANCE CANCELS THE ORDER:

In rare cases, an order may be cancelled from our end, such as when:

  • The product is out of stock

  • The available stock does not meet our quality standards for shipping

In such cases, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund, including any transaction fees or charges.

REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

At Flash Performance, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that every customer receives their order in perfect condition. However, if something isnโ€™t right, we’re here to help.


๐Ÿ” REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged in Transit
    If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

  2. Wrong Product Received
    If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be in unused, unopened condition for a replacement to be processed.

  3. Defective Product
    If a product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request supporting photos or videos to validate the issue before approving a replacement.

Important:
Replacements are not eligible for products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or wear and tear from usage.

Refunds are considered in the following scenarios:

  1. Order Cancelled Before Shipping
    If you cancel before the item has shipped, we will refund 95% of the order amount. The remaining 5% covers non-refundable transaction charges imposed by our cart/payment service providers.

  2. Returned After Delivery (Shipped Orders)
    If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it:

    • The item must be returned in original, unopened condition

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping

    • Refund will be issued after item is received and inspected, deducting:

      • 5% transaction fee

      • Forward shipping charges

  3. Product Out of Stock (Cancelled by Us)
    If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unavailability or quality issues, we will cancel the order and issue a 100% full refund, including any fees.
